PCAAP has partnered with The Humane Center of Tioga and the Spay Neuter Save Network (SNSN) for the opportunity to transport cats to their Spay/Neuter clinic in either Mainesburg or Rome, PA.

The cost is $100 per cat.

In addition to the surgery, this cost pays for rabies and FVRCP vaccinations, treatment for fleas,

a complete physical exam. Treatment for any parasites, wounds, teeth or any other care needed will be provided at an additional nominal fee.

PLEASE NOTE: All cats paid for by PCAAP will have their left ear tipped

to show that they have been neutered.

Owners paying for their cats may choose whether or not they want their pet's ear tipped.

​Due to the high demand for these services, it can take up to 1 - 2 months until we have space available. We maintain a wait list and will call you 5-7 days prior to a clinic to coordinate drop off and pickup.

If we have a last minute cancellation, we may call with less notice to offer you that opening.

Last minute cancellations and no-shows will go to the end of the wait list for a future clinic.
