PCAAP is an all volunteer organization. Volunteers conduct Trap/Neuter/Release activities and educate the community on how to provide shelter for community cats. Cats that have been abandoned and are adoptable are sheltered and cared for by volunteer fosters in their homes.

It's a big job and there's always a need somewhere in the county. Our goal is to continue to grow so we may meet those needs. Donations of supplies are always gratefully accepted.
